Win a Business Consultation with Ken Baur with The Retail Boot Camp Promotion from Tru Vue

By Jen Gramm, Tru Vue Director of Marketing

Tru Vue® is launching the second in the series of consultation giveaways to support the custom framing industry, called, The Tru Vue® Retail Makeover Boot Camps. These consultation giveaways follow up on last year’s Retail Makeover Giveaway, offering independent custom frame shop owners the opportunity to receive free consultations in specific businesses areas by industry experts. The second Retail Boot Camp launches this October and is a Customized Operations Profitability Consultation with Ken Baur, Tru Vue Retail Makeover Consultant, and owner KB Consulting and Framing Concepts and Gallery in Northwest Indiana.

From October 5th through October 23rd, 2015, Tru Vue will accept submissions for the contest, asking store owners to explain their need for the consultation. Entries will be judged on need, feasibility, growth potential, and creativity. The winner will be announced on October 16, 2015. The Customized Operations profitability Consultation with Ken Baur will include:

  • An expert analysis by Ken Baur, who will evaluate the critical areas for operational improvements and set up customized goals for them to achieve success
  • Ken Baur’s expertise to help gain profitability through operational efficiencies
  • Continued help (via monthly phone checkups- 6 months) to monitor progress and help ensure goals are met

“We’ve had a great response to the last Tru Vue Retail Boot Camp in July. These boot camps are targeted to help framers who may need assistance in certain areas but not a full makeover, We are happy that we can continue to support custom framers in growing their own businesses,” said Jen Gramm, director of marketing for Tru Vue. “By focusing on smaller scale consultations we are able to bring even more valuable learnings out to the marketplace.”
