Tru Vue® and Groglass® are pleased to announce Apogee’s agreement to acquire Groglass®. Following closing, the businesses expect to bring together complementary expertise in glass, acrylic, and polycarbonate glazing solutions under one vision of helping customers protect, preserve, display, and enhance what matters most.
