A durable hard coat protects against scratches from cleaning and general exposure to the public.
Acrylic is half the weight of glass and shatter resistant
Safeguards against injury and damage to musical instruments and visitors.
Anti-static protection exceeds that of glass
Makes for safer, easier fabrication and less cleaning.
The Work
The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Opened in April 2010, it is the largest museum of its type in the world. The museum displays around 6,800 musical instruments and associated objects from nearly 200 countries and territories, representing every inhabited continent and different types of ethnic, folk, and tribal music.
